All forms of Media are delicate for the persons involved in them. The employers, employees, content creators, broadcasters, actors, musicians e.t.c., have their place in what is broadly called Entertainment and this requires attention to the details of contract and proper understanding of Intellectual Property rights. This branch of law thrives basically on drafting and review of contracts, as well as remedies for breaches and infringement. It protects parties against unjust enrichment or treatments in business. It also links with many other aspects of law such as Torts, Labour Law and even Criminal law.
